a riff on their usual burger, this was a real saucy boi. it was good, but less flavorful than i thought it would be with longanisa as the meat. tbh, rhe adobo poutine completelt stole the show 😅

it didn’t look like much, but there was a lot of flavor hidden in there. nice sweet heat, good pickle balance, great sauce. solid contender.
