@issasaur Alarms didn’t, electricity did. We had the mechanical wind-up alarms before electricity, I’m assuming, but I don’t think they hurt

@Harukio @issasaur Before alarms (incidentally before electricity) people slept at sunset and awoke at sunrise. Electricity fucked our sleep
