i feel like i’m going fucking crazy. can someone please explain to me why Vips would be increasing the file size of a WebP when saving it with 90% quality???

i thought cell service in portland was spotty but its been MADDENING in denver. i have 3-4 bars of 5G at all times but any time i try to use my phone its like waiting for the second coming
