@davidcelis whoa I somehow missed that they were retail now and not just a pop up at bernstein’s! You can buy individual bialys not just boxes?

@jbr i actually had no idea that they were a pop up at bernsteins before here! i think they're still technically popping up, though at Li'l Dame now, but yeah you can buy individual bialys! also, not sure if this is new, but they're slinging some incredible breakfast sandwiches now too. their special this weekend is a custardy egg katsu with butternut squash and i got it on a miso onion bialy and it is just 😗👌

@davidcelis Yeah sandwiches at all are new-ish, for a while all you could get was a fairly pricy half dozen with two pre-fixe box selections, and scheduled pick up so the egg one came out of the oven right at pick up time. I did it a few times but it was a difficult format

@jbr oh yeah, their current set up sounds much easier 😅 they still do pre-sales but they also accommodate walk-ins well enough that i've shown up a couple hours after opening, even on the second day, and they've still had some of everything. so i haven't bothered preordering even once
