Chilaquiles Rellenos (pork belly stuffed & fried masa, queso fresco, sesame, chicharrón crunch, hella herbs, salsa verde & pickles jicama)
Arepita (masa patty of roasted eggplant, maitake & queso Chihuahua with chicories, hazelnut & mole negro)

From Chef Thomas:

Cosmic Bao (salted egg yolk bao with coconut streusel, ube, truffled celery root, black tobiko)
Cumin Lamb Noodles (whole smoked lamb, cheung fun noodle roll, salsa macha)
