@brook we actually werenβt able to get a res for Torisho Ishii (we were only trying to book things a couple days ago) but we got a reservation for their upstairs spot that the apprentice apparently runs (Ishii Jr.) pretty easily and it was still incredible. makes me wonder if Ishii Sr. is like, transformative
