wow, what a bad look for Fastmail. iβd already been thinking about just taking advantage of iCloud Mail with its upcoming smart categorization features, but this just makes my decision for me. disappointed in yβall, Fastmail.
Fastmail lays off 60% of their union's bargaining unit
Hello everyone! We have some unfortunate news. @[email protected] has made the decision to lay off 60% of our bargaining unit, including our bargaining committee, in a surprise restructure while we were in the middle of contract negotiations. Fortunately, we were able to negotiate for a much better severance package than we would have gotten had we not unionized when we did. We are grateful for the work that the Communication Workers of America put in on our behalf to get us the best deal they could.

@davidcelis @fastmailunited I did this last year and it was great. Switched back to Gmail to play with Mimestream but iCloud is solid
@brook i tried it for a bit before Fastmail; i was coming off of Hey and actually did like that flow, and trying to recreate something similar in iCloud using rules was painful. but the auto-categorization should pretty much get me what i was going for, so i'm looking forward to giving it another shot
