Is the selling point of whatever this is that hr people wont feel as bad laying off humans because they're finally doing the onboarding everyone was too cheap to care about before but for the "digital employees"?

@davidcelis When I first saw it, I thought it was a crazy change of business from Lattice Semiconductor, which is a respectable company that AFAIK has never engaged in woo-woo BS. I was happy to see that it was not them.
