i just noticed this madness today and i hate it so much

I've also given each of the emoji messages a tapback reaction; I added a thumbs up reaction to the thumbs up emoji, and a thumbs down reaction to the thumbs down emoji. Both of the thumbs up hands are the same (a left hand with the wrist pointing left). but the thumbs down hands are flipped horizontally. Also, I'm noticing that the 👍 emoji is a left hand but the 👎 emoji is a right hand, which is weird too, because you use the same to thumbs up that you would to thumbs down.
