today’s BEC (Beet, Egg & Cheese) is courtesy of leftovers from @holytrinitybarbecue. we have some of the usual suspects (white cheddar and a heritage egg on a @2_hermanos_bakery sourdough english muffin) but, instead of bacon, smoked “beet cheeks” are bringing the salty smoky flavors (though i did smear a bit of their pork belly jam on the top too). this was one the best breakfast sandos i’ve ever made
