NYT’s cooking site shows recipes in groups of four but then scrolls five at a time. maddening

A video that shows a user trying to horizontally scroll through a list of recipes on the New York Times cooking website. Four recipe cards are visible at a time, but attempting to scroll or clicking the "next" button will scroll through FIVE recipe cards, meaning every fifth recipe is inaccessible.
