@danilo tbh, i don't feel like it's particularly worth it unless you have (or have access to) a pizza oven. home ovens just can’t get hot enough to make really good thin crust pizza. but if you like detroit style pizza, absolutely worth it; get a square pan and go to town! if you actually have access to a pizza oven, DEFINITELY worth it, especially if you're fine using yeast. i'm still getting the hang of using my sourdough starter (or maybe just this recipe) for the dough. but it tastes great!
@danilo my last couple have been a little bit doughy and not crisp enough on the bottom, but i'm hoping that i figured out something i'm doing wrong and that next time will be better 🤞
