i feel like i’m really getting the hang of this pizza thing now! this was only my third pizza party with some friends, but i made seven pizzas, they all cooked well, and i didn’t bust any open 🥹

A pizza with mushroom bolognese sauce, mozzarella, sliced mushrooms, and a mound of fresh arugula

@davidcelis doing parties is such good trial by fire, I threw a dozen a while back and it was just the best practice

@allison how long did that take you??? i started prepping at like 5pm, started firing them at 6:30, and then with some time to actually eat each pizza with my friends, i wasn't done until 9pm 🫠
