i will literally never bother with orechiette ever again. doesn’t matter how quickly you start to stir or how much you stir… it’s gonna clump up. absolute garbage. F Tier pasta shape

@davidcelis bigger pot, more water, so they can float around more freely. But it's not really worth the extra hassle.
@dominik i used a pretty big pot and more than the typical four quarts of water
