JOVIE starts to sing “SANTA CLAUS Is Coming to Town” to raise Christmas spirit as EXTRAS slowly join in. ON-SITE NYPD OFFICERS nervously reach for tear gas cannisters as they prepare to declare an UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY.
