@davidcelis so, to go all lazy web on you, what’s your process for these? I have an Oracle Touch, but haven’t tried the iced route both b/c I don’t know much about it, and because my cold brew process is pretty on point. But I am SUPER curious and want to know more.

@stevenharman i have one of those metal balls that you can freeze and set over a glass underneath the portafilfer so the espresso chills rapidly. definitely not necessary tho! before i had it, id just brew a shot and dump it into a glass that already has some ice and milk
