i hit a big milestone today: 3 years at FireHydrant, my longest stint in tech! iโve had the privilege of working at some very cool companies, but something always gives. bad managers, uncaring leadership, burnoutโฆ this industry can really suck. but here, for now, iโm still happy and motivated ๐
