@davidcelis feeling very ignorant here and would like to learn. Is it merely that “tonkotsu” is misspelled that’s the 🚩🚩🚩?
@royal partially yes, but also because “tonkatsu” happens to be a completely different food (breaded and fried pork cutlet). i only see “tonkatsu” refer to ramen when it’s a place owned and operated by white people
