might be the best thanksgiving spread i’ve had at a family gathering… i made the mashed potatoes with crispety cruncheties and one of the three cranberry sauces (with jalapeño and smoky mezcal)

it was a bit touch and go with the crust for a minute, but the cranberry tart ended up being both a success and a big hit!
