FYI since you have Pronto on your list: Pinolo Gelato on SE Division street is my favorite in the city so far.
Have you tried Mirisata for Sri Lankan food? Can recommend
Pinolo is also extremely good! I just live in NE Portland so itβs a more personal recommendation for me. I donβt make it down to Pinolo very often π
