i hit a big milestone today: 3 years at FireHydrant, my longest stint in tech! i’ve had the privilege of working at some very cool companies, but something always gives. bad managers, uncaring leadership, burnout… this industry can really suck. but here, for now, i’m still happy and motivated 😌
